3.0 Integration Of Towns other Activities
Major Activities For Integration Current Status Area Of Concern
Development of Application software and its integration. 12 modules are currently in production run for some of the consumers of pilot towns. Running of all the modules in integrated way is yet to be completed.

• DC Hardware Installation Completed, All
  Softwares are loaded, Datacenter is commissioned
• 12 Modules (M, B, C, NC, DC, IDMS, GIS, MIS,
  System Security, AM, MM, WSS) are currently in
  production run and being used.
• Rest of the modules acceptance testing has been
  completed.
• DR Center Hardware Installation completed, all
  SW are loaded, DR is commissioned
• CCC All 4 Call Centers are ready for GO LIVE
  (Agra, Lucknow, Varansi and Meerut).
• GIS Maps 161 towns available, Balance orders
  have been placed on NRSC (Critical)
• GIS survey Consumer survey WIP 57.0 (48

• AMR Installation 8200 no of modems out of
  45000 modems installed
• Meter Installation All legacy meters are in
  place. However, these are being replaced with
  DLMS Complaint meters progressively as and when
  the supplies are being received. Utilities
  to complete meter installation so that modem can
  be installed as per revised schedule.
• End Location Site Readiness over 80 of the
  non-Pilot sites/towns not ready to host the IT
  Infrastructure
• Part B Status Bid evaluation under process ,
  to be completed by December 2011. To
  commence the work so as to complete in
  three years. (Critical)
• Ring fencing To complete Ring fencing in 33
  towns by Dec. 11, after addressing gaps
  pointed out by TPIEA. (Critical)
• Base Line Data Baseline data submitted for 134
  towns being examined by TPIEA. DISCOMs have to
  correct the gaps. (Critical)
• Part A SCADA 1 DPR of Bareilly Town (added
  recently) to be submitted by MVVNL.
• RfP to be floated for appointment of SCADA
  Implementation Agency
• Incentive scheme Submitted by MVVNL, PuVVNL
  and DVVNL.
