10Reporting Responsibilities
- Any supervisor who receives a complaint of
discrimination - formal or informal - must report
that complaint to the Office of Diversity and
Equal Opportunity (DEO) - It is DEOs responsibility to determine whether
or not such complaints warrant further action

- DEO is the internal authority within FSU whose
responsibility is to investigate complaints of
discrimination - To file a formal complaint or for informal

individual who files a claim of discrimination
