About CoCCA
  • Member Owned, Not for profit organization
  • CoCCA Members seek, through consensus, to develop
    administrative models, policies, and technologies
    that improve the utility, technical stability,
    and interoperability of member ccTLDs with the
    DNS.

  • Consulting Member
  • No such thing as CoCCA policy, only CoCCA
    recommendations.
  • Adoption of CoCCA ccTLD policy recommendations or
    technology is optional. Our members are NOT
    outsourcing, each member remains responsible for
    their ccTLD.

Complaint Resolution
  • The CRS seeks amicable resolution of complaints
    at no cost to the complainant and addresses
    acceptable use, prohibited and adult content,
    spam, etc.
  • CoCCA members may adopt UDRP and use the CRS
    service to deal with AUP violations and other
    forms of complaints, they are autonomous.
