- You are allowed to hire own workers (including
those who are not Medicaid providers) - You are a household employer with help from a
fiscal employer agent (FEA)

- Up to 2,500 new enrollees
- Cost plans discounted 8
- Individual may use a representative to help
- Individual has the assistance of a consultant
- (WSC with special training)
- Training is provided to participants and

budget using a statistically generated formula - Examples QSI results, living situation, age
- People with similar needs receive similar funding
