CDC expansion

  those who are not Medicaid providers)
• You are a household employer with help from a
  fiscal employer agent (FEA)

• Individual budgeting

• Everyone would have an iBudget to determine their
  funding
• Legislature requires plan in February 2010

  budget using a statistically generated formula

• People with similar needs receive similar funding
