3GREATEST BABY FOOD COOKER
- I got this for my granddaughter who just turned 7
months. - My daughter is making everything home made but I
did realize that making baby food daily was hard
especially when the baby was hungry and the food
was still not ready... I researched on line the
options and although some where advertised as
"most popular" they where not the most practical. - I returned the cooker for a full refund.
4The BEABA blends food MUCH better than the Breeze
did
- I've had the BEABA Baby cook Pro for about 2
months now. I use it usually 1-2 times/week. - Before I purchased the BEABA, I had the Baby
Breeze for a few months so I've got a bit of
experience with another baby food maker and I'm
going to do a compare/contrast here. - The BEABA feels much sturdier than the Breeze,
especially the bowl part. Seems to just have a
higher quality make.
5So Glad I Bought This
- My mother made fun of me for buying this since I
already have a food processor and I could steam
things on the stovetop, but for ease of use this
has paid for itself. - I make a few batches of food every Sunday and it
makes up everything my son eats for the week. - I can operate it one handed if my son is being
fussy and wants to be held. - It does not take up much counter space and it is
easy to clean.
6I Love This Baby Food Maker
- I love this baby food maker! So easy to use and
clean. Food cooks and and blends perfectly. - I introduced solids to my 4 month old and the
consistency was just right. - The steam basket allows the water to fall through
the holes into the base of the blender part. - You can either keep all the water from the
cooking cycle or pour some out to make the food
thicker for older infants. - I make batches of organic food and pour it into
Mimi Bubo baby food ice trays.
7Fresh and Tasty Food For Baby!
- It took me awhile to decide whether to buy a baby
food cooker or not. - I first tried buying baby food in jars but ends
up throwing most of them as my baby sometimes do
not like it or can't finish it. - Second, I used a manual dry browns masher and a
manual stove top stainless steel steamer. - The masher mainly works on super soft vegetables
and fruits such as banana while the manual
steamer is cumbersome in terms of cleaning and I
wasn't impress with the quality of the output.
8The Positives
- It's Item Weight 5 pounds.
- Product Dimensions21 x 11.5 x 8.2 inches Care and
Cleaning Dishwasher Safe Parts. - 1-year limited warranty.
9The Negatives
- Can be messy.
- Bags are not reusable.
10Frequently Asked Questions
- Question
- My 11 month old baby is transitioning to eating
finger foods..would this be useful? - Answer
- Not really. I have a one year old and he doesn't
like eating the spooned foods as much as the
finger foods any more.
11Frequently Asked Questions
- Question
- Help! when I press the steam button the light
doesn't stay on shuts off after 2 seconds. - Answer
- That happens when the lid isn't shut or sealed
correctly, like if the basket isn't sitting
properly and prevents the lid from sealing all
the way when closed.
