Title: The art of not choosing a real estate agent!

1
The art of not choosing a real estate
agent! Where everyone everywhere will be talking
about why on should go for a real estate agent
when thinking of buying or selling a property or
maybe give inputs into who are the ones whom one
should approach, maybe the experienced ones, here
we are going to deal with just the opposite side
of the coin. We are going to talk about those
agents whom should be avoided in any case while
fixing up or selling a land or a house
deal. Given below are the eight instances in
which even If one takes place, one should start
looking for the next better real estate agent to
fix a deal with. Refrain from the ones
suggesting exorbitant prices as the selling
price While one is looking forward to selling off
a property, it is always better to get price
quotes from at least three real estate agents
who will individually be able to give an
approximate idea about how much time it might
need to get sold and the comparisons with the
houses that have been sold at. In case one of
them is quoting an exorbitant or really high
price than the rest, one needs to keep the
person away due to the fact that a higher price
would eventually mean a longer selling time
which will end up in getting sold much later and
that too, at a far lesser price! An agent who
is doing the business in part-time In case you
are a buyer or a seller, the best way to crack
the deal is to employ one who is regularly in
touch with the market and not one who touch base
in long durations! A relative agent Say no to
relatives who come forward to act like one if
they are not a professional agent simply because
the time he will take will decrease the value in
case you are selling or your patience if you are
buying! An agent who has no idea about the
neighborhood It is always advisable not to pick
someone who is not in tune with the locality and
the news as in any case the buying or selling
would ultimately suffer due to his ignorance and
lack of understanding the market. Dont get
into a low commission trap Incidentally, an agent
who takes lesser commission is good for ones
pocket but one needs to be extra sure that even
if the commission is low, the agent is trying to
sell or negotiate a good buy.

Look for specialists Choose an agent who is
specialized in buying or selling for example a
commercial building and not one who is
experienced in buying/selling residential houses!
A poor negotiator a bad detail-keeper is a
no-no In case you find that your agent is not
good at either negotiations or keeping updates
about the properties and the transaction part,
stop working with him anymore. This is likely to
bring you to trouble in future if you do not,
for sure! An agents face is seen on top of the
paid online lists Refrain from hiring these
creatures too as they have paid the sites to keep
their head up in the list and doesnt
particularly mean that they are good! For more
