  cuff, etc.)

• - Bursitis (shoulder, elbow, knee)
• Inflammation of the bursa, a fluid-filled sac
  that functions as a cushion and reduces friction

• - Lumbar strain
• Overstretching/overuse injury to the ligaments,
  tendons, and/or muscles of the low back,
  resulting in muscle spasm

• - Degenerative Disc Disease Disc Herniation
• Nerve irritation caused by damage to the discs
  between the vertebrae
• Sciatica
