How to Apply Body Coating (Green
Bottle)       Notes Before ApplyingPlease
Note THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT, MADE FOR
PROFESSIONALS. Only apply Pearl Nano Coatings to
vehicles that have been perfectly polished and is
free of any and all scratches, marring or
imperfections. Please follow the directions
listed here suggested wipe-down wait times.
Do not apply under the scorching sun, in the
rain, or sub-zero temps. Apply only after the
auto body has cooled completely. Apply by
hand. Remove any dirt attached to the car
body. Make sure the car body is dry. 1. Clean
Car, Remove surface contaminants and iron
particles in the paint using a clay bar.2.
Remove all Scratches and Polish to perfection.3.
Remove any oils left behind from polishing
compounds

Only Now Are You Ready To Apply The Coatings 1.
Pay attention, use great lighting and use the
guidelines set here. 2. Place 5-10 drops of
Pearl AutoBody coating on the sponge (this should
cover about half a car door).3. Apply to the car
body 1 square part by 1 square part at a time.
Apply the coating evenly is very important.
Everyone has a different method. We recommend
going in a small circle, then in a starburst
pattern and then lengthwise direction and then
breadthwise. Do this 1-2 times or until you see
that the portion you are covering has an even
amount of coating applied to it.4. After
applying, wait for allotted time When the room
temperature isa. 10 degrees C (50F), wait 4
minutes,b. 20 degrees C, (68F) wait
2-3minutes,c. 20 degrees C, (70F) wait 1-2
minutesHotter than 25C or 85F wait 20-30
seconds.Once the timeframe has past, use a DRY
microfiber towel to polish it into a high gloss.
The best time to wipe the surface is when you
feel a little resistance. If the temperature is
very hot, (90F) you may want to use an initial
damp microfiber towel to remove and then a dry
one.5. Do not wait too long time after
application to wipe and dry as indication in Step
4, otherwise, when the Pearl AutoBody coating is
hardened fully, it is very hard to remove.If you
wait too long and it dries super harddo not
panic. Polish it down using a course cutting
polish and a machine polisher. Please Note THIS

hood, you should divide the area into several
small squares to apply the coating. Look into the

add water any more water to the foam sponge once
you start coating the body.4. Wipe the coating
immediately if it adheres to the glass. It not
meant to be used on the glass.5. You should not
use the same application sponge or surface of
towel to wipe the entire time you need to change
applicators and the wipe down towel often.   The
Pearl AutoBody Pro Coating Can be applied 30
minutes after the Base coat is applied, unless
the temperature is below 50F with high humidity.
Then wait 1-2 hours to apply the Pro Coat.

How to apply Pearl Nano Pro Auto Body coating
(Blue Bottle) Notes Before ApplyingPlease use
the same guidelines as the base coat.1. Pay
attention, use great lighting and use the
guidelines set here. 2. Place 5-6 drops of Pearl
Nano Pro AutoBody coating on the sponge (this
should cover about a 2x2 area or 3x3
area).3. We recommend going in a small circle, a
starburst pattern and then in a lengthwise
direction and then breadthwise. Do this 1-2 times
or until you see that the portion you are
covering has an even amount of coating applied to
it.4. IMPORTANT - After applying, wait for about
1-2 minutes. (if 60F to 80F) Because the surface
is much slicker than the base coat was on the
paint. This is thinner and dries faster. Please
be sure you understand this. This is where new
installers make mistakes.Once the timeframe has
past, use a DRY microfiber towel to polish it
into a high gloss. Use a 2nd clean towel to buff
again.DO NOT PUSH VERY HARD. Move to next
section.5. Do not wait too long time after
application to wipe and dry as indication in Step
4, otherwise, when the Pearl AutoBody coating is
hardened fully, it is very hard to remove.Key
pointsYou should not use the same application
sponge or surface of towel to wipe many cars You
need to change applicators and the wipe down
towel often. If it begins to dry and harden, it
can scratch the surface.

applied in 50F to 100F, but not in the sun.The
coating thickness, water repellency, and gloss
will be increased by a second application and/ or

Notes Of Pearl Autobody Coating After
Application 1. Car washing Wash car by hand.
The use of Pearl Professional Waterless Car Wash
is most recommended.2. Wax You Do Not need to
wax your car or use a sealant any more. The Pearl
AutoBody coating performance may be impaired if
you wax the car.3. Do not take a coated vehicle
through a bristle brush automatic car wash.4. If
the sand or mud is attached to the body, remove
by washing using high-pressure washer or hose.5.
If bird droppings or tree sap is attached, remove
it as soon as possible.6. Do not let the tap
water on the body dry-itself because the chlorine
contained in tap water, will potentially leave
watermarks on the car body.5. The coated surface
will be hard enough to drive home is 3-4 hours
and be fully hardened/ cured within 3 days.6. Do
not let water touch the coating for 24 hours
after application.7. Wait one week to wash the
car after application   Maintain the car
afterwards with care. Pearl Professional

Even washing with high quality soap and water is
ok. Do not let the soap dry nor the hard
water. The better you treat the car and the
exterior, the longer the coating will
last. Remove bird droppings and other

Pearl Nano Glass Coating Black Bottle       1.
Clean glass very well. The coating only bonds
with clean glass.2. Spray on the Pearl Glass
Prep Primer spray.3. Wipe window with
microfiber towel.4. Drop 5-7 drops of the Pearl
Nano Glass (black bottle) onto the microfiber
sponge and the window glass.5. Wipe the entire
window with the mf sponge   Dries clear and lasts
for years.   Maintain the car afterwards with
