• Wax Marker
• Putty Knife
• Wood Glue
• Clamp
• Linseed Oil

The how to

• Step 1 Clean the furniture with a rag
• Step 2 Apply stripper to the piece and wait at
  least fifteen minutes
  
• Step 3 Scrape remaining finish off with putty
  knife
  
• Step 4 Clean the piece with mineral spirits or
  linseed oil

Step 10 After sealer dries apply stain
Step 11 Apply final finish according to your pr
eference

• Step 5 Sand the piece with sandpaper
• Step 6 Fill any holes or scrapes with wood fill
  or grain filler
  
• Step 7 Sand piece once again only where needed
• Step 8 Clean piece with damp rag to remove any
  unwanted debris
  
• Step 9 Apply a sealer

Important things to remember

• Water based products are better
• Restoring can deplete the value of the piece if
  you are not careful
  
• Process takes about a week when done correctly
• Be patient with the process and you will be very
  satisfied with the outcome
  
• Always test products on small area before using
  them all over
