  structure for PRICP to accept DS3 connection from
  Global Crossing. No need for campus visits.
• Need to inform and reach out to first cohort HSIs
  not currently involved.

  Applications committee to formulate announcement
  and provide it to Alex Ramirez for distribution
  one month prior to first video conference.

  were convened at UT-El Paso. Engaged with Dan
  Atkins, U. of Michigan, into a STC grant to
  collaborate on co-laboratories.

  A subsequent follow-up meeting occurred, and

• Strategic Planning
• Ramon Harris presented a workshop on technology
  strategic planning to the Southern California
  regional group at Cal State, San Bernardino.
  Very well received, and there is a need for
  further development.

• Network Resource Startup Center (NRSC) assisted
  Arizona Western College with assessing their
  campus network and assisting with an RFP to
  upgrade their network.
