• Hydration
• Drink water.
• Take a bath/shower.
• Use mild soap.

• Prevent water loss.
• Bath oil / colloidal oatmeal.
• Moisturizing lotion/cream/ointment.
• Emollientspetrolatum, mineral oilprevent water
  loss
• Humectantsglycerin, propylene glycol,
  phospolipidshydrating agents.
• Softenerurea, lactic acid, allantoinchemically
  soften keratin layer to help absorption of water.

• When to refer
• Severe condition or large area involved.
• Didnt get better after 23 days.

Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis

• Care for lesions
• Wet compress.
• Zinc Oxide
• Stop the Scratching
• Cut nail, wear glove.
• HC cream for itching and weeping lesion.
• Magnesium ion.
• Oral antihistamine useless.
