• Questions Can you use this shaver with the
  power cord plugged in if you forget to charge it?
• Answer I'll say yes and no. If it has a charge,
  just not fully charged, then yes, you can use it
  while plugged in. However, if it's dead, and you
  plug it in to use it, it won't work.

  good for that, though like any clippers you would
  need to be a little careful. The combs, however,
  are pretty irritating.
