• Next Forum Planned for May 1st on Portfolio
  Analysis Methods
• Speakers

• Sam Baldwin (DOE) and Thomas Jenkin (NREL)
• Possible presentation by Paul Decotis at NYSERDA
  or other state presentation
• Would like to request your help in encouraging
  participation
• Looking for suggestions for future topics
• Can wait and see what topics are identified at
  the workshop as benefiting from a web forum

Communication Activity Updates

• Web site statistics and feedback
• Collecting for home page, but will need a few
  months to get reading on second- and third-level
  pages. Had additional people sign up for listserv
  through word of mouth no one unsubscribed!
• E-mail seeking comments on Web site by April 6.
• Any comments from Leadership Committee?
• Newsletter (publishing mid-April)
• Content will include activity updates, progress
  on next workshop, Web forum on May 1, new
  publications still looking for feature story
  (any ideas?)
• E-mail seeking suggestions for content for next
  newsletter from collaborators (deadline is April
  6).
• Any submissions from Leadership Committee?

Communication Activity Updates

• Status and issues with a Wiki site on GIS as
  suggested during GIS Web forum
• Primary benefit its easy to share files and
  not clog e-mail boxes.
• Although it eliminates the need to go through a
  producer to get things posted, we might still
  want someone to monitor content.
• Can submit proposal for hosting on an EERE server
  or host remotely
