Warranty

• Here at UK Ecig Station we are always on hand to
  help  you should you ever have any issues with
  our supplied products.
• We check all products when we receive them from
  the factory and again before we ship them to you
  but in the unlikely event that you receive a
  product that is non-operational from the start,
  it is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) and will
  be replaced (at our own cost) provided you notify
  us immediately.
• As it is well known E-cigarrette devices,
  batteries and atomisers do have a life period and
  we recommend you regularly change atomiser
  coils and batteries regulalry. The typical
  lifespan of individual devices vary so please if
  you have any issues just contact us and we will
  help you the best we possibly can.

Returns Policy

• Here at UK Ecig Station we will do our utmost to
  resolve any issues you are having with any of
  your purchases. Please contact us immediately via
  email or telephone and we will discuss further
  with you all of your options. Please do take into
  account however that all electronic cigarette
  components have a limited life span and will
  eventually need to be replaced Our email

• You have the right to cancel your order at any
  time, up to 2 working days after the day you
  order it. But, you must tell us straight away if
  you wish to do this. Also any issues you find
  with your order must be notified to us
  immediately no longer than 1 day of receiving
  it. You must take good care of the items while
  theyre in your possession  they must be
  returned to us in a sellable and sealed
  condition. All packaging, accessories and
  manuals/documents that are included with the item
  must also be returned. All returned items must be
  returned in unmarked/unused condition. It is your
  responsibility to return the items to us, or to
  arrange collection of larger items. This needs to
  be done promptly at your cost.
