Blocking my car

• How do I block my car?
• You can block your car from the Vehicle Details
  page. Select Your Vehicle from the dashboard
  and navigate to the details page.

Maintenance Pool

• What is the maintenance pool?
• The Maintenance Pool balance is like a separate
  account we maintain for every vehicle. The
  balance is used for car repair and maintenance.
• The balance doesnt affect pay-out. It is to
  ensure that your monthly payment is unaffected by
  sudden maintenance costs such as tyre
  replacement, oil change, etc.

• How is the maintenance pool balance accumulated?
• The balance is accumulated through distance
  charges in fuel less bookings and as damage costs
  collected. It is added as ? 1/km of the booking.
• For example, take a fuel less booking where the
  customer drives 560 km. The distance charge,
  collected _at_ ? 1.2/km, is ? 672. The Maintenance
  Pool balance will be credited with ? 500 and ?
  172 will be added to the partner pay-out.
• What happens if balance is positive or negative?
• The balance is settled at the end of the
  agreement cycle. For positive balance, the amount
  will be paid to you and for negative balance, you
  mare liable to pay the amount to Drivezy.

Billings and earnings

• Which fares are not split in the specified
  partner driver ratio?
• State permit refunds (gt 1 year) are split in a
  5050 ratio.
• Damage cost share is not retained by Drivezy.
  The entire amount is credited to partners
  maintenance pool balance. Discounts are split in
  a 5050 ratio.

• How is partner share calculated?
• In general partner share is 75 of earnings.
  However there are tax deductions. There are some
  heads not split in a 7525 ratio.
• Example if booking cost ? 5000 (with 5 GST for
  with-fuel and 18 for fuel-free)
• Amount excluding GST ? 4762 (for bookings
  with fuel)
• ? 4237 (for fuel less bookings)

• Partner share is 75 ? 3571 (for bookings
  with fuel)
• ? 3178 (for fuel less bookings)

Pay-out cycle

• What is the regular pay-out cycle?
• We process payments on or before the 10th of the
  subsequent month. Before processing the payment,
  we send an email statement with the details of
  the earnings and expenses. You can also view the
  details on the just connect app.
• Please ensure that all your bank details are
  duly updated on the Drivezy website before
  pay-out.
