- 1. Three Zafety Lug Lock units tested
- 2. Temperature testing at 25C (77F) , 50C
(122F) and - 40C (-40F) - 3. Vibration test at 30 Hz and 3 g acceleration
amplitude - 4. Each segment of the test was two hours with
a total duration of 6 hours

- 4 nuts tightened to spec (450-500 psi)
- 2 nuts hand tightened
- White line applied to nuts and bolts to identify
positioning - Vibration at specific temperature for 2 hours
- Visual inspection of Zafety Lug Lock units and
nuts for any changes
