    select Export option.

    contacts will be exported.
  • Select Outlook CSV file format for the given
    contacts.

    SBCGlobal Email Settings on a web browser.
  • Now open the MS outlook program and tap on the
    File and export option from the top left
    corner.
  • You need to choose Import contacts from the
    file menu. Here you will be asked the location
    from where you want to import contacts. Select
    Import from another program.
  • Click Next.
  • Select comma separated value followed by Next
    option.
  • Search for the files which you want to download
    from SBC Yahoo login.
  • Click on Manage to manage duplicate contacts.
  • Transfer the contacts.

  • Sign in to SBCGlobal Net Email Login and enable
    IMAP in the SBCGlobal settings. This must be done
    before enabling sync with Outlook.
  • Click on the gear icon followed by Settings.
    The settings menu will get appeared on the
    screen.
  • Go to IMAP/POP forwarding tab.
  • Select Enable IMAP option from the IMAP
    protocol access menu. Finally, click on Save
    changes.

  • You must ensure that you are using an SBCGlobal
    website and IMAP option is activated in it.
  • Go to file tab and select Account settings
    menu.
  • Double click on SBCGlobal email account. If
    this option is not visible, then go to help
    link from the browser.
  • Check the incoming mail server as well as
    outgoing mail server fields. The incoming server
    should be seen like this imap.sbcglobal.com and
    outgoing should be seen like smtp.sbcglobal.com.
  • Go to More settings and hover to Advanced
    tab.
  • The incoming server should be authenticated with
    SSL and set to 993.
  • Security type for the outgoing server should be
    TLS and set to 587.
