  • Possible to kill seed-borne diseases through
    fermentation during this process
  • Tomatoes must ferment
  • No fermentation for peppers and eggplant
  • Tomatoes you do not need to add water
  • Peppers, potatoes and eggplant add water for seed
    extraction
  • Peppers must wear protective clothing!
