• Clinical Reports are individual reports
• Health Summaries are a combination of reports
  which have already been designated to go into a
  specific Health Summary.
• There are various other groups such as HDR
  Reports Department of Defense Reports etc
• Under Health Summaries you will see many titles.
  IF another facility has titled their summary the
  same way you can pull it up y these titles, if
  not, you will need to choose a title that starts
  with Remote - for example Remote Clinical
  Reminders or Remote Clinical Data (1yr)

• Remote Data Available allows you to see other
  facilities where the patient has been seen.
• If there is no date by a facility the patient has
  only registered.
• If there are dates following the facility name,
  that is the last date the patient was seen.

• You can click on the facility sites where you
  want to obtain data.
• Click on the facility in the box to the right-
  this will sort the documents by facility. You
  can also sort the notes by Date/Time of note
  Type of note or Author of note.
• Click on the document(s) you want to view.
• This process will work for any of the documents
  listed under Available Reports.
