A-REIT, Singapores first business space and
industrial REIT, was listed on 19 November 2002
with a portfolio of 8 properties worth S545
million. It has since increased its properties to
84 with a book value of about S4.2 billion as at
31 March 2008. It owns a diversified property
portfolio in Singapore comprising business and
science parks, hi-tech industrial properties,
light industrial properties, logistics and
distribution centres as well as warehouse retail
facilities.

3. Comfortdelgro Corporation Ltd (C52.SI)

ComfortDelGro is a public listed
passenger land transport company, with a fleet of
more than 38,700 vehicles world-wide. The Group
has a global workforce, a global shareholder base
and a global outlook. With their beginnings in
the early 70s, Comfort Group and DelGro
Corporation were both listed land transport
companies.

4. Frasers Centrepoint Trust (J69U.SI)

Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) is a
leading developer-sponsored retail real estate
investment trust listed on the SGX-ST. FCT
currently owns a portfolio of six quality

5. Capitaland Commercial Trust (C61U.SI)

CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT) is
Singapores first listed commercial real estate
investment trust (REIT) investing in quality
income-producing properties predominantly used
for commercial purposes. Listed on Singapore
Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on
11 May 2004, CCT was created through a
distribution in specie by CapitaLand Limited
(CapitaLand) to its shareholders.
