The following electropherograms were obtained by
running different salt solutions. The solutions
were prepared by diluting the Mars 7 Standard
(equimolar amounts of glycine, aminoisobutyric
acid, and the enantiomers of valine, alanine,
serine, glutamic acid, and aspartic acid) and
ethylamine in carbonate buffer and labeling with
fluorescamine in acetone. After 12 minutes, the
acetone was dried off and buffer containing
different concentrations of sodium chloride was
added.
