Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 pounds salmon fillets lemon
    pepper to taste garlic powder to taste salt
    to taste 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup brown
    sugar 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Method
  • Preheat the grill at medium heat. First, you
    need to season the salmon fillers thoroughly with
    lemon, pepper, and garlic. Then take a small bowl
    and mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, water,
    and oil until the sugar is well mixed and
    dissolved. Take a large resealable plastic bag
    and put in the fish with the mixture and seal,
    turn to coat well. Keep it in the refrigerator
    for 2 hours maximum. Slightly oil the grill grate
    and place the salmon on it and discard the
    marinade. Cook it for 6 to 8 minutes by flipping
    sides or until the fish flakes and is all cooked.
