Group One Consultants will

• Determine the primary area of difficulty
• Develop customized training program
• Deliver training to Best Buy associates
• Access the effectiveness of the training

1. Determine the area of difficulty

• Conduct personal interviews with Best Buy
  associates at 5 representative stores within 100
  miles of Group One headquarters.
• Develop, administer and analyze a written survey
  given to 200 customers and 15 associates at the
  same 5 stores.
• Examine pertinent records as supplied by Best Buy.

2. Training Material will consist of

• A custom designed training seminar
• A PowerPoint presentation
• An associate training manual
• A competency test for each associate
• A customer survey
• An associates survey

3. Customized Training

• Group One will conduct training with a highly
  skilled, experienced team.
• An assessment test will be administered to each
  associate at the conclusion of the training
  session.
• Training will take place either at a Best Buy
  facility or Group One headquarters.

4. Assessment

• Group One will develop and administer a follow-up
  survey for store associates and customers between
  3 and 5 weeks after conclusion of the training.
• All raw data, analysis and results of this survey
  will be made available to Best Buy.

• Our goal is to put more happy customers in the
  picture for Best Buy!
