Why Nicip Plus Tablet is Prescribed?
Nicip Plus Tablet Nicip Plus Tablet is prepared
with the combination of Nimesulide, Paracetamol/Ac
etaminophen, hence the effect of Nicip Plus
Tablet is a combination of properties of above
composition.  Nimesulide is prescribed for This
medication is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory
drug prescribed for painful inflammatory
conditions back pain dysmenorrhea postoperative
pain osteoarthritis and fever. Paracetamol/Acetam
inophen is prescribed for This medication is a
non-opiate analgesic and antipyretic prescribed
for headache pain (muscle ache backache) and
fever either alone or combined with other
medications. It changes the way the body senses
pain and cools

Nicip Plus Tablet Dosage
Below are the dosage information for Nicip Plus
Tablet - Dosage of Nimesulide The usual dose is
100mg twice a day. Children 5mg/kg of body
weight in 2 or 3 divided doses. Dosage of
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen Adults 0.5-1gm 3-6
times daily max 4gm. Children 15mg/kg/dose or
60mg/kg/24hr divided every 6 hrs. Maximum 5 doses
SOS.

Side effects of Nimesulide Epigastric
discomfort,  heartburn or abdominal cramps,
 nausea,  vomiting and diarrhoea skin rash,
 pruritus,  oedema,  headache,  dizziness,
 drowsiness hypersensitivity reactions (e.g.
bronchospasm,  rhinitis,  angioedema,
urticaria). Side effects of Paracetamol/Acetamino
phen Bronchospasm, blood dyscrasias, centribular
necrosis, liver damage, hypoglycemic, coma,
hepatic necrosis, liver failure, skin rashes, GI
adverse effects.

Use of Nicip Plus Tablet During Pregnancy Nicip
Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during
pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse
effects on the fetus, however, there are limited
human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant
women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please
