CARRY-ON BAGS

• 1 personal item and 1 carry-on
• Personal item
• Your personal item must fit under the seat in
  fronts of you, such as a purse or small handbag.
  The dimensions of these items should not be more
  than 18 x 14 x 8 inches (45 x 35 x 20 cm).
  Strollers, diaper bags (1 per child), soft-sided
  cooler bags with breast milk, child safety seats,
  and medical or mobility devices dont count as
  your personal item or carry-on.

Carry-on requirements
Your items may need to be checked if they dont
fit in the overhead bin or under the seat. At
certain airports or on certain airplanes, there
may be additional carry-on bag restrictions. In
case this happens, we recommend labeling your
carry-on the same way you do check bags. Up to 51
inches / 130 cm (length width height),
soft-sided garment bags can also be taken as your
carry-on item. Musical instruments must fit in
the overhead bin or under the seat in front of
you and are also considered a carry-on item.
Also, the kennel or container counts as your
carry-on and the carry-on pet fee also apply when

Valet bags

• On American Eagle planes, regional flights have
  limited overhead bin space. You must valet your
  bag before boarding If your carry-on is larger
  than the personal item dimensions. Well tag and
  check your bag at the gate for you free of
  charge. Youll receive your bag on the jetbridge
  after exiting the plane when you arrive. Remove
  any electronic cigarettes, other restricted
  items, and batteries from checked bags. For

• Liquids

• Through security in your carry-on bag, TSA allows
  certain duty-free liquids if theyre packaged in
  a security tamper-evident bag. Please contact the
  TSA, if youre traveling with liquids or are
