Technology Support
  • Computer lab located on third floor of the
    library (Rick Sowell, Ricky Lovecky, Bill Haberl
    and IT Support Desk all located within the
    computer lab).
  • Resnet (wired) configuration assistance
    immediately follows.Personal computer support
    provided up to the point of hardware replacement
    or warranty repair.

Lab Procedures
  • Log-In with BearID (Firstname_Lastname)
  • Do not save anything to hard drive for later use
    (later being after you log-off and or re-start)
  • Do not print Lexis or Westlaw resources on
    non-dedicated printers.
  • Log-Off and restart the lab computers when you
    complete your use.
  • Please use Scanner and Color Printer but dont
    abuse
