2Consciousness
- Consciousness is the whole that simultaneously
expands into innumerable life forms - The transcendental field is the home of the
mindful self also referred to as the authentic
self - This mindful self witnesses and overlooks the
subjective domain which includes the
psycho-emotional, bio-electro-magnetic and
physiological - It simultaneously witnesses all interactions
between the subjective and objective domains - But through conditioning the mindful self gets
caught up in the interplay between the I and
the world.

3the Psychological perspective
- Modern Psychology, a complex field that is
referenced by many others amongst which
educa-tion, studies the transcendental field, the
mindful self or authentic self and the subjective
domain by how they express in the objective
domain - Its approach that is mostly oriented towards
social integration induces behavioral changes
within the objective domain - Holistic Psychological practices however strive
towards the alignment of the subjective and
objective domains - The commonality between these psychological
traditions is that they act from an outside,
third-person or be-in-control perspective.

4the S.E.L.F. perspective
- The purpose of S.E.L.F. or Self Explore and Learn
through Feed-back is to help one to dissolve
ones inner limitations - Technically it facilitates this by stimulating
learners to shift from a third person or I
perspective to a first person or mindful self
perspective - This repositioning within the field of
consciousness naturally and spontaneously happens
when a skilled facilitator describes, to the
learner, the structure and dynamics of his/her
subjective domain - When a learner relearns the language of and the
feedback from the subjective domain s/he will be
able to independently allow inner limitations to
be dissolved.

5the approach...
- A skilled facilitator can dynami-cally read and
feedback infor-mation about (1) the historical
perspective or adaptation within the subjective
domain to painful memories (2) filters
/archetypal patterns (patterns of emotional
responses, copied from ones parents and repeated
thereafter during ones lifetime) and (3) the
causal dynamic interplay between the
aforementioned (1) memories and (2) filters and
the World outside, simultan-eously on
psycho-emotional, bio-electromagnetic and
physiological levels of experience - The basis of this reading and feeding back
practice is the facilitators awareness, inquiry,
sensitivity, interpretation, intuition, pulse-and
other reading skills and his/her ability to give
feedback.
6the process of metamorphosis...
- The awareness regarding the subjective and
objective do-mains, from a greater connec-tion,
enhances the reprocessing of impressions as they
surface in our subjective domain. - Young children dont filter stimuli from the
outside world. They're receptive, conscious,
sensitive and in touch. From their mindful selves
they learn naturally in an exploratory way
through feedback from their subjective domain in
sync with the objective. From an inner balanced
state they react to the world in a way that best
suits their inner needs. - Children loose their clarity regarding what they
sense through social conditioning. However, its
possible to sustainably rediscover this natural
way of dealing with ones inner and outer reality.
7a new beginning...
- The awareness in regard to action/reaction
patterns in relationship to people and situations
and in connection with the world one lives in,
can be expanded more effectively from the first
person or mindful self perspective. This results
in effective and affective intra- and
interpersonal dialogue but also in the
enhancement of psychological and physiological
functions. - Through awareness-raising from the subjective,
S.E.L.F. assists in cultivating self-navigation,
self-management, self-responsibility, personal
integrity, sensitivity and empathy, inner peace,
inner dialogue and respect and care for our
society. - Best of all, individuals experien-ce as if
theyre reborn into a new life!
8new developments...
- What is more S.E.L.F. can contribute to a
paradigm shift that can help to foster new ideas
and initiate new develop-ments in regard to
amongst others education, sustainable and human
development, health care and science. - When individuals are more authentic they can be
more effectively assisted to know and understand
to learn skills and competencies, to explore
meaning, to be aware of their own and others
identity, socio-cultural and religious
perspec-tives and world views. - They can learn how to live together fairly,
impartially, peacefully and sustainably. - All of our projects can be identified as being
sustainable as they cater to the inner needs of
all individuals involved.
