- Every interviewer is monitored regularly to
validate accuracy and precision, evaluate
productivity and assess the depth of probing. - Following their third completed interview on a
new project, the interviewer is reviewed by the
production manager. - There is a 20 validation per interviewer

directly to your respondent list or the data can

- Using our top of the line Web CATI software,
MAXimum Research can E-mail the questionnaire
directly to the respondent to fill out. Once
completed, the software will automatically email
the answers back to the database to be added to
the overall file for full reporting.
- Using the same software as our Web-Based package,
MAXimum Research can put your Web study on a disk
to be mailed to a respondent without internet
access for completion. - For those respondents who do not have computer
access, MAXimum Research can put your study on a
disk and conduct an in-person interview in select
cities via laptop. (Call for a list of cities) -
