• Complexity for humans reading or creating
• Must be human recognisable book or
  verticalProfile?
• Too many URN/Ls? Lose downloaded on?
• date problem (not our decision)
• Publication process?

• Coverage of data?
• After author
• Dataset should not change after pub date
  (original dataset may extend BUT that is a
  different object with different id)
• NIH rules, other conventions exist
• Lose internet

• Feature id (manifest) is like page
• Featuretype description or id come after title?
• Debate on order what is common usage in
  different disciplines? revisit.
• Persistence recommend dois?
• All metadata shouldnt go into citation
• Auto generation? No (maybe extract from existing
  metadata?). User needs instructions on how to
  create.
