diagnosis of acne vulgaris can be followed by
Nidan Panchak in Ayurveda. Causative factors Acne
(Mukhdushika) as per Ayurveda is called Nidan
Aahar (Food Habits) Virudha Aahar (wrong food
combinations such as fruits with milk, milk with

food, curd, and upvasa (fasting).
