Access Requirements to work on the Military Base
  • All contractor personnel must obtain a base badge
    issued by Base pass and ID.
  • In order for an individual to receive a badge
    they must have
  • A letter from the OICC office saying the Prime
    Contractor has been awarded Project X whose
    contract duration is Y days (badges are only
    issued for 1 year or contract duration, whatever
    is shortest).
  • A letter from the Prime Contractor stating the
    subcontractor's name and all associated workers
    who will be working for him under Project X.
  • Each individual must provide appropriate form of
    identification to include a passport, birth
    certificate, or green card.
  • Background checks are required for all
    employees.
  • Vehicle Pass Requirements
  • Proof of insurance, current inspection,
    drivers license, Letters from OICC and
    Contractor
