Harrisons Cave Harrisons Cave is a major
tourist attraction in Barbados that was
rediscovered in 1970 by Jack Peeples although it
was mentioned earlier in 1795. The Government
developed the site and was opened to the public
in 1981. It is located on the central uplands of
Barbados that sits at 700 feet tall. The cave
features gullies, stalactites, stalagmites,
caverns, sinkholes, and weird rock formation
naturally formed by water erosion.

southwest Barbados and is a small natural harbor
that has been turned into a marine park. The Bay
