Within 30 Days of Receipt If any of our products
develop a fault within the first 30 days or DOA
(Dead on Arrival) we will collect the item on a
suitable business day and either, replace, repair
or refund depending on Buyers preference or

Faults Occurring after 30 Days of
Receipt Products are covered with 90 or 180 days
Return To Base warranty. Warranty claims will be
warranty by REPAIR or REPLACEMENT. Refunds after
this period are at the discretion of the
management and depending on the length of time
Buyer has had the product, deductions may be made
depending on the condition it is returned in
12 MONTHS FREE SERVICE After purchase, all of
our customers are provided with 12 months free
service. In the event that there is a fault with

warranty has ended, the customer has access to a
further nine 9 months of free service well fix
the laptop/desktop for free, they just need to
pay for the parts. Were always more than happy
to answer technical questions and offer our
support as well as any repair or upgrade services
that you might need, even after the 12 months has
ended.

item(s) within 14 days if theyre not satisfied.
Courier collection and a full refund will be
provided. If the item(s) are delivered faulty or
