What do we sell? We don't sell anything. Instead,
gallery owners on ArchesArt sell their own stock.
Sales and payments are made directly to the
gallery owners because collectors can contact the
owner directly by using a short and simple
form. True to our ethos, we at ArchesArt do not
charge commission on any transactions between
gallery owners and collectors. Who are
ArchesArts's partners? ArchesArt has close
partnerships with galleries, dealers and
non-profit organisations, as well as publishers
from around the globe. This allows us to provide
our users with access to the world's best art
and design items.
How do I search for artworks, artists or
galleries? To search for a specific artist,
artwork or gallery, simply enter the keywords in
the search box located at the top of the site.
You can also browse by navigating to the "Search
Artists", "Search Galleries" and "Search
Artwork" pages.
I forgot my ArchesArt password. How can I log
in? To reset your password, click the "Sign In"
link located in the site's header and then click
"Forgot Your Password". You will be prompted to
enter your e-mail address. After doing so, click
"Submit". You will be sent a temporary password
via e-mail, which you can use to sign in to the
site temporarily. You can then visit the "My
Account" page to officially change your password.
"I want to buy artwork. What do I do?" The best
way would be for you to contact a gallery
directly by clicking on the "Contact the Gallery"
link, which is present on each artwork displayed
on the website. Payments are made directly to the
owner of the artwork, so please check with them
to confirm payment methods.

published prints and artwork, you may also
subscribe to your favourite artists. This will
allow you to receive an Art-Alert e-mail each
time a new artwork by your selected artist is

style for members as well as visitors. We can

on search engines. "How do I contact the
galleries?" Each gallery (found in the artist
A-Z) lists their private contact details on their
individual page. You can contact them directly
from there. How do I know when new items by
artists I like become available? You will
receive email alerts when items by the artists
you "follow" are added to the site. To follow an
artist, visit the artist's bio page and click the
"Follow This Artist" link. You may search for and
add artists to follow. This feature is also
active for galleries, so you can follow your
favorite galleries. You must be signed in to
your ArchesArt account in order to follow artists
and galleries.
