Endeavour Academy Mission

• The mission of the Endeavour Engineering
• Academy is to educate and inspire youth
  towards
• high-tech careers in science, technology,
• engineering and math (STEM).
• We believe that all students have the potential
  to
• become successful members of the high tech
• community in the United States and abroad,
  and
• further recognize that the Endeavour program
• will give them the foundation and
  encouragement
• to pursue those careers.

Endeavour Academy Goals

• Prepare students early to be successful in
  college and challenging careers in science,
  technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM)
• Develop skills that include STEM learning through
  practical hands-on projects, and developing
  entrepreneurial and team building leadership
  qualities that can be used for a life-time
• Build students that strive academically and want
  to give back to the communities in which they
  live and work
