Ultrasound Case Intramuscular Lipoma

• Diagnosis Intramuscular Lipoma within the
  Triceps.
• History None
• Findings Patient w/mass in the back of their
  arm. There is a homogenous echogenic (bright)
  mass () within the triceps muscle (M). The mass
  has well-defined margins and was very soft to
  palpation with the ultrasound transducer.
  Hhumerus.
• Treatment None

  benign fatty tumor (Lipoma) arising within the
  muscle.
