• All visitors must read these instructions before
  signing in the Visitors book

• Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas
  please ask your host for further information.

• Persons who are fitted with a pacemaker are
  prohibited from entering certain areas of the
  factory.
• For your own personal safety, please ensure
  that you inform reception and your host.

• In any area other than the offices, the use of
  the following PPE is mandatory and will be
  provided by your host
• HI-VISIBILITY JACKET OR VEST
• TOE PROTECTION
• HARD HAT
• SAFETY EYEWEAR
• EAR PROTECTION

• Contractors
• All contractors must obtain a permit to work on
  these premises. Please ensure that you read the
  terms and conditions in reception and follow the
  instructions provided.

• Photography Security
• Permission must be sought before any photographs
  are taken in or around the site. Please ask your
  host for further information. This also applies
  to the use of Cameras on Mobile phones or other
  electronic devices.
• CCTV is operating in and around the site for
  security reasons.

• Fire Evacuation procedure
• In case of fire, stay with your guide who will
  escort you to the nearest exit and onto the fire
  assembly point for your own safety.
• The fire assembly point is located in the car
  park at the front of the building.

• Traffic Vehicles on site
• There are several vehicles entering and leaving
  the site regularly. Please ensure that care is
  taken at all times when using the exit.
• The factory is a busy working environment with
  several vehicles constantly on the move. Please
  ensure that you use the designated walkways at
  all times.
• environCom will not accept any liability for
  damage to vehicles parked in the car park.
  Vehicles are parked at your own risk.
