    of the Lockheed Martin Executive Diversity
    Council. I have been supporting our (local)
    Diversity Council for over six years and saw the
    positive effects our Council had on our people.
    The Council helped create an environment of
    understanding and appreciation to the values of
    our diverse workforce and customer. It increased
    the awareness of other people needs, culture,
    value system, and skills. I think overall, it
    created a better work environment and increased
    our understanding of our customers needs.
