11- Feedback from Local Council
- to CEO
- Dear Mr. Coffman,
- I am very pleased with your Memo on the creation
of the Lockheed Martin Executive Diversity
Council. I have been supporting our (local)
Diversity Council for over six years and saw the
positive effects our Council had on our people.
The Council helped create an environment of
understanding and appreciation to the values of
our diverse workforce and customer. It increased
the awareness of other people needs, culture,
value system, and skills. I think overall, it
created a better work environment and increased
our understanding of our customers needs. -
