Now that you understand what the Victorian rebate
is all about, let's dig a little further to
learn more on this.

• On July 1, 2019, the second phase of the solar
  battery rebate program began as a subsidy rather
  than just a rebate scheme.
• Please consider that you must obtain your
  Victorian subsidy permitted before putting your
  solar power system alternatively, you will not
  receive the rebate. It is not possible to install
  solar panels and afterwards try to apply for
  Victoria's rebate.

actually works.
Now, the sum of this Victorian rebate is 'up to
1,400 or 50 of the selling price, whichever is
lower, This means that if you purchase a 2,500
solar system, you may qualify for a 1,250
rebate. If you buy a system for 4,450, you can
get the maximum possible rebate
of 1,400. Because the refund is limited, if you
buy a system worth 6,000, you could only seek a
1,400 rebate. Accordingly, assuming you acquire
a 6.6kW solar system for 5,200, you are
essentially gaining a plan worth 9,500 after
discounting the Federal subsidy of somewhere
around 2,900 and the Victorian rebate (subsidy)
of 1,400.

What are the entry requirements for this scheme?
Victorian homes that meet the required
parameters are eligible for benefits for a
rebate for installing a solar PV system They
are the estate's owner-occupier. The owners have
a joint household taxable income of less than
180,000 per year. Suppose there is more than
one occupant in that case, the certifi cates
must be dated the same fiscal period.

investors who established a solar power system

What efforts should be made to obtain the solar

For a quote, contact your selected solar
supplier. The operator will send your quote to
the Solar Victoria Portal to commence the
electronic method for identifying your
creditworthiness. Once you've completed this,
attach supporting documentation, and council
rates notice to authenticate your credentials.

You will be issued an eligibility number after
your eligibility criteria have been
checked. Submit the eligibility number to your
solar supplier, who will then be authorized to
commence the installation process. The provider
will execute the subsidy application on your
account and reduce the sum from the overall
pricing of your system. After your solar power
structure is implemented, you deposit the
remaining payment straight to your supplier.
