    often get different answers based upon who you
    ask. This session offers several perspectives
    two end users wanting top ranking for their many
    properties, a top SEO company providing services
    to outrank competitors, and a search engine
    (Google) discussing what not to do. Each speaker
    is commenting in a discussion format on the top
    SEO topics, followed by an extended audience QA
    opportunity. This is an advanced session
    discussing several points of view on how SEO can
    be accomplished.

Bruce Clay
  • I have operated as an executive with several
    high-technology businesses, and come from a long
    career as a technical manager with Boole and
    Babbage, Amdahl, Convergent Technologies and Acer
    America. Since 1996, I have been CEO of Bruce
    Clay, Inc., a multi-national SEM company. I hold
    a BS in Math/Computer Science and an MBA from
    Pepperdine University, have had many articles
    published, have been a speaker at more than 100
    sessions and have been frequently quoted. The
    bruceclay.com web site is considered an expert
    site by most in the SEO industry.

Aaron DSouza
  • Aaron D'Souza has been an engineer at Google
    since early 2005. Most of his work has been on
    Web search, on projects ranging from Web spam to
    indexing. Before joining Google, Aaron completed
    his PhD in Computer Science at the University of
    Southern California, Los Angeles, where his
    research focus was on the tractability of
    statistical inference in machine learning. Before
    moving to the US for his graduate studies, he
    specialized in signal processing for his
    undergraduate work at Mumbai University, India.

Bill Macaitis
  • Bill Macaitis is the VP of Online Marketing SEO
    / SEM for Fox Interactive Media (FIM).  Bill
    leads up a centralized, in-house online marketing
    department that services all of the FIM sites
    MySpace, FoxSports, IGN, American Idol,
    Photobucket, AskMen, RottenTomatoes, Fox, GameSpy
    and Direct2Drive. Bill has successfully utilized
    SEO, SEM, viral marketing and social networking
    to elevate Fox Interactive Media to the largest
    network in the US with 53 billion monthly page
    views and 81MM unique visitors (ComScore US).  
    Bill has over 12 years of online marketing
    experience with a specialty in SEO SEM PPC.

Stacie Ito
  • Stacie Ito manages the industry leading search
    programs for the wireless division of ATT.  Her
    role includes managing the Paid Search (PPC),
    Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Shopping
    Engine programs to drive online customer
    acquisitions for the wireless.att.com website.
    During her tenure, she optimized the site across
    a major redesign and rebrand from
    cingular.com. Prior to ATT, Stacie worked at
    ESPN (a division of the Walt Disney Company).
    Stacie, holds a BA in Business from the
    University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle
    University.
