  understand and interpret them

• Informed consent

• Deception is discouraged, if necessary debrief
• Withdraw from study without penalty
• Mindful of cultural, religious, gender or other
  differences in research population

• Function of creative contribution, not expended

• Authorship order in relation to creative

• Manuscripts are refereed
• Blind review with multiple readers
• Written published policy for submissions
