Purpose (1) Initiates into NALCOMIS those
organizations for which
maintenance actions will be performed (IMA), and
or supported (SSC). (2)
Updates those organizations for which maintenance
actions are being performed
or supported. System Action (1) Adds
organization data to the data base.

Purpose (1) Adds work centers for specific
organizations which maintenance will be
performed or supported. (2) Updates work
centers in the system. System Action (1)
This window enables you to update a work center's
title, delivery point for its supplies,
and the prime PC it is assigned to. You can also
generate the SQ Update batch process
(U40010) when you change the work
center's prime PC.

Purpose (1) Adds BUNOs/SERNOs to the

organization and type equipment codes currently
residing on the NALCOMIS system.
(2) Allows user to delete records from the
BUNOTABLE. (3) Displays BUNOs/SERNOs from
the BUNOTABLE for a specific
organization code and TEC.

UIC, FLR INAS UIC, Hub UIC, Close INAS,
MRIL Acty, Seq Cd, MSIR PEB Ind,
Rqn Review WC, High Money Value,
Exc Ord, Purge Days, and Retn Days.

SR Prj. Identifies the Stock Replenishment Project

Hub UIC. Identifies the hub site when
the organization is utilizing the hub concept.

Closest FISC Acty UIC. The Unit
Identification Code (UIC) of the closest FISC
activity to the NALCOMIS site.

Closest INAS. UIC of the closest Industrial Naval
Air Station (INAS) to the NALCOMIS site. Used
during MRIL processing to determine the address
of the closest INAS.

DRMO UIC. UIC that the site will use
when disposing of their field level repairables.

RI FISC. Used to assign the routing identifier
when the site is a FISC processing site.

FLR INAS UIC. UIC that the site will use for
their Field Level Repairables

Rqn Review WC. The supply support
center's work-center that is responsible for
review of either controlled item requisitions
or excessive quantity requisitions.

High Money Value. A value assigned by the
user and compared to the extended money value of
a consumable requisition. If the assigned
value exceeds the extended money value, the
requisition will be printed at a specific printer
for review.

Exc Ord Qty. The quantity used to validate the
quantity ordered of a requisition. Requisitions
greater than this quantity will be reviewed
manually.

Purge Days. The number of days completed
requisitions will be maintained on the data base
before purging.

Retain Days. The number of days for data to be
retained for Transaction records.
