and we are ready to start discussing assignments
    with you.
  • You will now have the ability to fully access
your schedule and block and unblock your
    availability.

22
  • When we assign games, Arbiter sends an email
not with the assignments but with a notice for
you to check with Arbiter because there is
    something new.
  • Arbiter also sends you an email with a notice
that there is a change to your games and you need
    to check your account.

    slide

  • If you have sent us an Availability Sheet and we
have made assignments based on that information,
which you then decline, we would appreciate a
call or email explaining why these games are not
    suitable.

23
  • Be sure to click Submit when you are done.
  • If you click Done instead, you will return to
the previous screen with no changes to your
    schedule!

the status of any game that you accept or
    decline.
  • After you press Submit, you must contact the
assignor to change the status of any game that
    you have accepted or declined.
  • When you click Submit, the accepted games
displays the date it was accepted

  • Look at the Notes. icon
  • If the Notes icon is Green, there is a note
from us about the game, i.e. assessment game,
    special game, etc.
  • If the Notes icon is red then there is no note.
  • You may also write a note to us however, email

attention, considering the hundreds of games we
    are dealing with.
