Problems that high schools faced
  • Students dont have good grades in high schools
  • High schools graduates are not enough prepared
    for the work required
  • No shared vision about the purpose of high
    schools in the future among stakeholders or
    general public, and no common understanding why
    the school need to change

    student will be qualified to higher education
  • Maine ranked eight in the united state in the
    percent age of 20 years old hold a high school
    diploma
