Problems that high schools faced

• Students dont have good grades in high schools
• High schools graduates are not enough prepared
  for the work required
• No shared vision about the purpose of high
  schools in the future among stakeholders or
  general public, and no common understanding why
  the school need to change

• Maine and Vermont are two of this states that
  think of improve their high school system
• Through their new strategies that they adopt,
  student will be qualified to higher education
• Maine ranked eight in the united state in the
  percent age of 20 years old hold a high school
  diploma
