ABOUT UNIVERSITY
Gautam Buddha University is a university
established by the Uttar Pradesh Gautam Buddha
University Act 2002 (UP Act No. 9 of 2002) and
came into existence in 2008. It is approved
by University Grants Commission (UGC) under
section 12-B and accredited by National
Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with
B grade. It is located in Greater Noida, Gautam
Buddha Nagar in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is one
of Uttar Pradesh's state government universities
which commenced its first academic session in the
year 2008. University campus is spread over 511
acres (207 ha) in greater Noida and offers
Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees in
Engineering, Business Administration, Computer
Applications, Biotechnology and Buddhist Studies
and is mainly focused on research

Gautam Buddha University (GBU) is a state
university that was founded in 2008. It is
located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and has
a campus area of 511 acres. The University Grants
Commission (UGC) has approved the university, and
NAAC has given it a B grade. Engineering,
Business Administration, Computer Applications,
Biotechnology, and Buddhist studies are among the
many undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral
degrees offered by this university.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Library The College has a huge library which the
students can benefit from. Apart from that, there
are over a thousand books and journals with
internet facility, seminar and presentation
rooms. Moreover, with such an amount of resources
and the peace of the library, students would be
able to study diligently and score excellent
marks. Auditorium Education should not be
limited to the four walls of the classroom. Also,
a spacious seminar hall is also present in the
campus premises. Likewise, the room equipped with
an audio system and surround speakers so that the
speeches will be audible. Similarly, many
interactions, seminars, meetings and moral
classes held in the hall every academic year.

Computer Lab The college has a well-equipped
computer lab for the sake of practical education
in computer applications. Apart from that, it is
to say that they learn the latest trends and
developments in the computer world. Hence, it
made available to the final year students and the
staff of the institution. Also, it has a smart
class and a library of its own. Hence, it has ICT
enabled teaching and learning.   Canteen This
place is very comfortable for all the students to
relax for a while and refresh themselves. Apart
from that, college gives almost importance to
hygiene. Moreover, the canteen serves palatable
and delicious recipes to the students and staff
at moderate prices. Also, RO plant purified water
supplied in the canteen. Seminar Halls However,
Education should not be limited to the four walls
of the class room. A spacious Seminar Hall with
the capacity of more than 700 students is
allotted in the building. Moreover a big Digital
Screen with the capacity of 175 students
allotted. Likewise the room is equipped with an
audio system and surround speakers so that the
speeches will be audible.

Hostel In addition, the college has two hostels
situated inside the campus. However, subject to
general control and guidance of the Governing
Body, the hostel shall be under the
administration of the Hostel board members. Also,
the hostel staff is provided with the
residential, food, and lodging provided free of
cost. Furthermore, the college has a residential
staff for students safety. Moreover, there is a
strict rule for the students should follow, this
is completely for the safety purpose of the
student. Furthermore, the hostel accommodates
over 200 students at the same time the management
manage to provide a hygienic environment to
stay. In addition, the RO plant purified water is
provided.
