2INTRODUCTION
- The following description contains information
about the Nainital Bank Exam notification
details. - The Nainital Bank Management Trainees (MTs) and
Clerk examination are being conducted to fill 150
vacancies in which 75 is for Management Trainees
(MT) and 75 is for Clerks. It is a two-stage
selection process - Online Objective Test
- Personal Interview
- The applicants can apply for both the above posts
independently as the online assessment is
proposed to be held in two distinct shifts on the

The Nainital Bank has also released the

Nationality All Indians can apply for this post
Qualification Any graduate/ post-graduate with 50 or more marks from a recognized University (Regular/Full Time Course)
Experience Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the banking field is preferred
Skills Basic Computer Knowledge is preferred
Age 21-28 (as of 31/03/2021)
Candidates with experience in the banking sector
are most preferred. Experience is not a basic
eligibility criterion to write the exam. Freshers
with adequate banking knowledge can also apply.

NAINITAL BANK RECRUITMENT EXAM PATTERN
- The exam pattern for the previous years PO exam
is not to be confused with the MTs. In this
years notification, the bank has announced a
single exam pattern for both MTs (Management
Trainees) and Clerks. The exam pattern is
designed such that candidates have a wide
knowledge of different basic concepts. Thus,
there are sectional cut-offs for each subject or
topic so that the candidates do not skip any
topic on choice. - There will be 200 objective questions to be
answered for 200 marks. Each carries one mark. - Each objective question will be provided with
five different choices. - There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong
answer. - If the candidate leaves a question unanswered, no
marks will be detected.

- The first step is to complete the registration
process. - The registration process involves the entry of
basic details such as name, qualification,
percentage obtained during graduation, and
experience details. - Scan and upload photograph, signature, and
hand-written document. - After which, the payment of fees has to be done
to complete the registration process. - The final admit card of the selected candidates
will be released 15 days before the online exam. - The intimation for downloading the call letter
will be sent through SMS/email.

6NAINITAL BANK RECRUITMENT RESULT
The recruitment process includes a single-phase
online test and a personal interview. Candidates
having previous experience in banking sectors or
any financial sectors are most preferred. The
online objective exam for both the post of Clerks
and MTs (Management Trainees) happens on the same
day in different shifts. Hence, interested
candidates can apply for both the post by
registering separately and by paying separate
application fee.
The test can be taken only in the English
language and the total duration is 2 hours and 25
minutes. There is a penalty of 1/4th marks for
the wrong answers. Each objective question is
provided with 5 choices. There is a separate
sectional cut-off for each subject. The sections
have to be completed within the given time limit
i.e the candidates cannot compensate for the time
taken in solving problems with the duration of
the other subjects. Similarly, the candidates
cannot leave any of these sections as each of
them have a separate cut-off
