2- Stain resistance, durability, and water
repellence are all features of high-quality outdoo

4Cleaning (General or Light)
- Outdoor fabrics should be washed on a regular
basis. Any spills should be cleaned up quickly,
before the chemical has a chance to gather and be
rubbed into the fabric, embedding itself. The
need for more frequent and vigorous cleanings
will be eliminated as a result of this ongoing
upkeep. Mold, mildew, UV, and stain resistance
are all built into most exterior-grade materials.
It should, however, be cleaned on a regular basis
to avoid the need for more thorough cleaning.
5Please follow these cleaning instructions
- Clean up any loose dirt or debris.
- Mix 2 ounces (1/4 cup) mild detergent with a
gallon of semi-warm water (under 100F/38C) to
make a cleaning solution. - To clean, use a sponge or a soft bristle brush
and apply the solution in light stokes in the
same direction as the fabrics weave. - Allow a few minutes for the cleaning solution to
seep into the cloth. - Rinse with clean water thoroughly. The majority
of hoses come with attachments that might be
extremely useful throughout this operation. - Let the fabric air dry.
- Machine-washable outdoor cloth umbrella canopies
and cushion covers should be washed in cold water
(less than 100F/38C). Use the right amount of
mild washing detergent for the job. Allow the
fabric to air dry rather than putting it in the
dryer.

gently work the solution into the stain by
lightly blotting and brushing the afflicted area. - Rinse thoroughly with cool, clean water.
- Using a clean, soft towel or sponge, blot off any
excess moisture. To remove excess moisture, you
can alternatively use a Wet Vac. - Repeat this process until the stain is gone.

9Stubborn Stains and Mildew Require Extensive
Cleaning
- Mildew can form on dirt and other debris that
isnt removed quickly enough from the fabric. To
remove mildew or other difficult stains, follow
these steps - For each gallon (8 cups) of clean water, make a
solution of 8 ounces (1 cup) rubbing alcohol and
2 ounces (1/4 cup) mild soap. - Spray the entire area with the product and let it
soak in. - Using a soft bristle brush, sponge, or clean
towel, scrub vigorously. - Rinse thoroughly with cool water after each use.
- Let the fabric air dry.
- If a stain, mould, or mildew is serious, bleach
in modest doses may be utilised. However, use
bleach sparingly because it has the potential to
harm fabric when used in high concentrations.

11Fabric Retrenchment
- The capacity of most materials to repel water is
enhanced with a specific finish guard. The finish
is designed to last several years under normal
conditions, although it may need to be reapplied
after a thorough cleaning or prolonged use. Using
a spray-on fabric guard to retreat is strongly
advised.
