  front end loader when he tripped over scrap metal
  on the ground and was run over by it

What OSHA Says

• Clean all debris from nails etc. and keep clear
  of work areas, passages, and stairs
• Combustible scrap and debris shall be removed at
  regular intervals
• Containers need to be used to separate and
  collect waste (oily, flammable, need to be stored
  in containers with covers)

• Keep worksite in orderly fashion, remove debris
  daily
• Keep equipment tidy, if not being used store away
• Keep stairways, passages, and gangways free from
  materials, supplies or obstructions
