Refund Policy

• On returning a product
• Your Coupon Code will be re-issued to you, which
  can be used for making a purchase in the future
  on TAFE TRIBE.
• In case you have made the payment using your
  debit or credit card, the amount will be refunded
  back to your account.
• It takes around 7 days for the refund. If the
  product you purchase, is not of accurate size or
  the item is defective, you can request for an
  exchange of the product. In this case, the new
  item will be delivered at your doorstep at no
  extra cost. This depends on the availability of
  the item in the stock.
• Products which are to be returned or exchanged
  must be unused and should be in the original
  packing condition along with the price tags. No
  broken tags will be accepted.
• TAFE TRIBE will refund the entire amount you have
  paid for the product.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• How do I cancel the order?
• You can cancel your order by writing to us
  at life_at_tafetribe.com before your product has
  been shipped. Your entire order amount will be
  refunded.
• Your order cannot be cancelled once the product
  has been delivered to you unless there is a
  defect in the product.
• How to replace a defective product?
• Email us on life_at_tafetribe.com within 7 days of
  receipt of the goods. 
• The defective product will be recalled and a
  replacement will be shipped immediately. 
• The buyer will have to pay the cost of sending
  the defective product back to the TAFE TRIBE
  office.
• Note Please do not accept the package if it is
  open or looks tampered at the time of delivery of
