Roles And Responsibilities Of A Building
Contractor
A building contractor is basically a person or a
company that contracts for the construction of
houses, offices, etc. The role of the contractor
immediately starts by providing all the building
materials and equipment to the workers that are
needed to run the project. The responsibility of
the contractor also includes verifying the vendor
and ensuring the quality of the material being
provided to the workers or the material coming on
the construction site. We work under the
category of civil construction and are one of the
best civil contractors in India, i.e, a business
entity that builds roads, bridges, docks, utility
infrastructure, and other similar constructions
in India. Our company holds its office in Noida.
In 2010, the company is merged with M/s Ajay
Kumar (a company established in 1983) and is
owned by Ajay Kumar, the main sole proprietor
of the firm. Our company, Svarrnim Infrastructure
works with a viewpoint of providing the best to
our customers. Our responsible contractors
consider nature and ecology while construction.
